We are currently seeking a reliable Civil Helper with experience in the oil and gas sector to join a dynamic team in Qatar. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in construction site support, looking to contribute to ongoing projects in the region. The position requires hands-on assistance to skilled tradespeople ensuring smooth daily operations on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled construction workers in various site activities to maintain efficient workflow.
• Handle materials and equipment safely and effectively during construction phases.
• Perform site cleaning and preparation tasks to keep the work environment organized.
• Support the team in adhering to safety standards and project guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on construction sites, preferably in civil projects.
• Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Possession of a valid Qatar ID (QID) and readiness to join immediately.
• Familiarity with construction projects in Qatar or the GCC region is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of QAR 6.50. Additional benefits will align with company policies and local labor regulations.
