Smart Entrepreneur Company for Industry, a leading supplier of silicone and related building materials in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated Store Keeper. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing stock for silicone products, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Store Keeper will be responsible for organizing and monitoring the receipt, storage, and dispatch of silicone products and allied building materials. Key duties include:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure quality and quantity compliance
• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date inventory records and stock reports
• Issuing materials efficiently based on approved requisitions and documentation
• Regularly checking stock levels and notifying management of shortages or damaged goods
• Performing routine physical stock counts and reconciling discrepancies
• Collaborating closely with sales, procurement, and accounting departments to streamline operations
• Keeping the warehouse environment clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards
• Ensuring all stock movements are properly documented and tracked

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Between 20 and 35 years of age
• Proven experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the building materials or silicone industry
• Basic proficiency with computers, including Excel and inventory management software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep accurate records
• Capable of working independently and managing inventory responsibilities effectively
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and inventory control methods
• Possession of a valid Saudi Iqama with transferable sponsorship, if applicable

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary range of SAR 1,800 to SAR 2,500 depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may include company-provided accommodation and transportation, subject to company policy. Employees will join a supportive team focused on growth and professional development.

Work Location

The role is based in Tashliya, near the 2nd Industrial City in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, providing easy access to the company’s warehouse operations.
