Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will welcome customers warmly and provide tailored recommendations to help them select the perfect products. Promoting boutique items effectively, you will explain features, pricing, and current promotions while working towards meeting daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals. Beyond sales, you will handle inquiries and resolve any customer concerns with professionalism, nurturing ongoing customer relationships.

Your duties also encompass managing inventory including accurate product displays, labeling, and reporting stock shortages. Ensuring the boutique’s appearance reflects high standards through cleanliness and organization is essential, following visual merchandising guidelines rigorously.

Operational tasks will include precise handling of sales transactions via the POS system, managing cash and other payment methods, and adhering strictly to company policies regarding discounts, refunds, and exchanges. Compliance with opening and closing procedures, along with daily sales reporting, will be part of your routine responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in retail or boutique sales, preferably in a related setting
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Professional demeanor and a positive, energetic attitude

• Familiarity with basic computer operations and POS systems
