Job Overview

We are a team of professional engineers with over 20 years of experience in Saudi Arabia, seeking a Project Planning and Progress Monitoring Specialist based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing project schedules, tracking progress, and supporting project documentation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties of this role include preparing and managing baseline schedules, performing cost and resource loading, and generating project S-curves covering engineering, procurement, and construction phases. You will also monitor project progress, produce weekly and monthly reports, prepare monthly payment certificates, handle all supporting project documentation, and coordinate consultant approvals.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining baseline project schedules
• Experience with cost loading and resource allocation techniques
• Ability to develop detailed S-curves reflecting project phases
• Strong analytical skills to accurately monitor and report project progress
• Competence in preparing detailed reports and payment certificates
• Effective communication for managing consultant interactions and approvals
