Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializing as a Bidding Coordinator. This opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who meet the specified criteria. The role demands a minimum of 3 years of experience within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.

The position accommodates candidates holding either transfer or non-transferable Iqama statuses, with a preference for those willing to join promptly and accept a three-month probation period before sponsor transfer approval.

This vacancy is exclusively available to Arab nationals from Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, and Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing bidding processes for civil engineering projects.
• Preparing and reviewing technical bid documents and proposals.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely submission and compliance with client requirements.
• Maintaining communication with contractors and suppliers during the bidding phase.
• Assisting in cost estimation and tender analysis to support competitive bidding.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering within Saudi Arabia or other Gulf countries.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in bid preparation and documentation.
• Effective communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with local construction norms, standards, and regulations.

Eligibility and Additional Information

• Arabic nationals only – applicants from Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, and Lebanon will be prioritized.
• Iqama status can be transfer or non-transferable; sponsor transfer possible after successful completion of probation.
