We are seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to join our Contracting Division based in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, site supervision, and team management, ensuring smooth daily operations on site.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Foreman will oversee civil works, coordinate and supervise workers, and manage daily site activities to maintain project progress and quality standards. Ensuring adherence to construction methods, materials specifications, and safety protocols is a vital part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and site supervision.
• Proficient in managing teams and organizing daily construction tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant fields.
• Possession of a valid Safety Certificate.
• Previous work experience within the UAE construction sector is highly preferred.
