IGA International Group of Aamina is seeking a dedicated and professional Store Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at their Avenues location in Kuwait. This role demands an individual with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for store organization, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing retail environments and possess excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

The Store Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the store, ensuring operational efficiency and high standards. Daily tasks include managing store opening and closing times, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the premises, and overseeing product displays and promotions. Additionally, the manager will enforce company policies consistently, monitor staff attendance, and assess team performance to foster a productive working environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Previous store management experience in a retail setting
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and staff management skills

Job Requirements

• Age between 32 and 38 years
• Residency under Article 18 (Transferable)
• Nationality: Arab
• Working hours: 9 hours per day with one day off per week
• Location: Avenues, Kuwait

Compensation and Benefits
