Key Responsibilities

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of coffee and beverage items according to company standards. Ensuring every drink tastes excellent and looks appealing is essential. Providing friendly and professional service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation, and monitoring stock levels to support timely inventory management are also vital duties.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should possess 1 to 3 years of experience working as a Barista within cafes, retail outlets, or hospitality settings. A thorough understanding of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage preparation methods is expected. Strong customer communication skills and the ability to perform well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment are crucial. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is necessary.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Holding a Barista or Food & Beverage certification will be considered an advantage.
