Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our team at DIP 2, Dubai. This role offers a monthly salary of AED 5,000 and requires candidates to be ready to start within two days, as immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will take charge of various essential human resource functions including:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Maintaining attendance records and preparing overtime sheets accurately.
• Providing payroll input and keeping employee records up to date.
• Addressing employee grievances and fostering positive employee relations.
• Overseeing daily HR operations to ensure a smooth workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capacity to handle both recruitment and employee management effectively. Prior experience in handling diverse workforce groups and knowledge of attendance and payroll systems will be advantageous.
