Job Overview

We are seeking 10 skilled crane operators from the Philippines and India for an ongoing project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role offers a competitive monthly salary package along with additional benefits tied to overtime and certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

The basic monthly salary is SAR 2,715 based on an 8-hour work shift. Additionally, operators will receive SAR 679 monthly for accommodation and SAR 4 per day for mobile allowances during outside work. The total monthly lump sum salary amounts to SAR 3,394. Upon obtaining the Aramco certification and including overtime, the salary is expected to rise to approximately SAR 5,500 to SAR 6,000 or more.

Contract Details

The employment contract is valid for three years or until the expiration of the Aramco certificate, whichever comes first.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cranes efficiently and safely on site
• Perform rig moves, tandem lifts, and man basket operations, particularly for candidates with previous experience in these areas
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and project requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a crane operator with an Aramco certification
• Preference given to those familiar with rig move tandem and man basket operations
• Age must be under 47 years
• Applicants must be nationals of the Philippines or Nepal
• Basic English communication skills are required
