Job Overview

Lanco HR is looking for a skilled Coordination Draftsman to join an ongoing project in Umm Qarn, Qatar. This role requires an experienced professional to support the coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings over an initial six-month term, with a possibility of extension. Immediate joining is required for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

The Coordination Draftsman will be responsible for producing and reviewing technical drawings, ensuring seamless coordination across multi-disciplinary drawings, and addressing any clashes that arise through shop drawing reviews. The candidate will actively engage in preparing and managing documentation to support the construction process and collaborate closely with the project team for efficient workflow.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drafting
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawing coordination
• Ability to interpret shop drawings and resolve clashes
• Experience with BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks is a plus
• Fluency in Filipino (Tagalog) for effective project communication is preferred

• Immediate availability to join the project
