Job Overview

We are urgently seeking reliable and experienced Helpers to join our team for short-term assignments in the Oil & Gas industry based in Raslafan, Qatar. This role requires hands-on support during shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance projects. Immediate joining is preferred for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

As a Helper, you will assist skilled workers and supervisors by handling materials, performing site-related tasks, and ensuring the safe use of hand tools. This role demands physical stamina to lift and carry objects and actively participate in various manual operations on-site. Following safety guidelines and supervisor instructions closely is crucial to maintaining an efficient workflow.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years in a helper or semi-skilled worker role within the Oil & Gas sector, particularly during shutdowns and maintenance projects.
• Active Raslafan Gatepass is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of material handling practices and familiarity with site work protocols.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and responsibly.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding manual jobs.

Working Conditions and Benefits

This position offers a 10-hour workday over a short-term contract located in Raslafan. The compensation package includes salary, accommodation, and transportation, providing a complete support system for onsite workers.
