Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a solid background in civil engineering to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role requires organizing, coordinating, and supervising project activities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be accountable for managing all project phases, including planning, execution, and delivery. This involves collaborating closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project flow. Monitoring schedules and budgets to ensure deadlines are met is essential, as well as reviewing engineering drawings and technical documents. The Project Manager will also lead site teams, including engineers and supervisors, ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations, and address any risks that arise. Regular progress reports and updates will be provided to management and clients to keep them informed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience managing construction projects.
• A minimum of 5 to 6 years working within GCC countries is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in site management, project planning, and coordinating contractors.
• Excellent leadership abilities coupled with effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Location and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering a hands-on leadership role in the civil engineering construction sector.
