Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Dammam for a short-term assignment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in project coordination, with a strong focus on managing project scope, schedules, costs, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the progress of various projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality outputs. Core duties include monitoring project scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and promptly reporting any deviations to relevant stakeholders. The role requires close coordination with different teams, tracking attendance and manpower, and following up on pending tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.

Additionally, the coordinator will provide support in procurement activities, track project risks, and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The position also involves assisting in project handover processes and preparing final close-out reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
