Key Responsibilities

The receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls promptly, scheduling appointments efficiently, and maintaining a positive and polite demeanor with all clients. The role also involves general administrative duties such as handling messages through WhatsApp and supporting salon staff where needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A presentable, approachable, and professional attitude
• Ability to manage phone calls and appointment bookings effectively
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp
• Good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Previous experience working in a salon or reception setting is preferred but not mandatory
