We are seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time role offers a competitive all-inclusive salary of AED 12,000. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in streamlining procurement processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ERP system workflows.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive procurement records and documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date. You will coordinate closely with suppliers and various internal departments to guarantee timely processing of purchase orders and invoices. Closely monitoring supplier performance and compliance is essential, along with supporting ongoing procurement reporting and suggesting process improvements where possible.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A proven background of 2 to 5 years in procurement or administrative roles is essential. Experience with ERP software, particularly Odoo, will be a significant advantage. Strong organizational skills paired with excellent communication abilities are necessary to succeed in this position. Experience in sectors such as property management, construction, hospitality, or marine industries is preferred but not mandatory.
