Job Overview

Q-Tire Qatar is seeking a skilled and proactive Outlet In-Charge to oversee and manage daily activities of their tire service outlet. This leadership role demands a hands-on professional with strong expertise in tyre services and workshop management to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising the workshop team and coordinating daily workflows to maximize productivity
• Managing tyre fitting, wheel balancing, alignment, and other related workshop services
• Overseeing inventory control and utilizing ERP systems for efficient stock management
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and addressing client needs promptly
• Driving sales and promoting service upsells within the outlet
• Maintaining operational standards and safety compliance in the workshop environment

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of tyre technologies and automotive wheel services including fitting, balancing, and alignment
• Proficient in ERP software and inventory management systems
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus
• Customer-oriented approach with solid sales and negotiation abilities
