Job Overview

Al Ameeri Group Holding is seeking a skilled ERP In-Charge to join their team based in Al Rai, Kuwait. This role requires managing the company’s ERP system to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise combined with a solid understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

The ERP In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing daily ERP activities, coordinating with various departments to optimize system use, and maintaining overall system performance. The role involves managing user access, configuring permissions, troubleshooting technical issues, and preparing accurate reports. Additionally, the candidate will provide ERP training and support to employees, helping to identify improvements through ERP-enabled solutions.

• Manage and maintain the ERP system and its daily operations
• Collaborate with departments to ensure effective ERP usage
• Monitor system health and resolve issues promptly
• Administer user roles, configurations, and permissions
• Generate and validate reports to ensure data accuracy
• Offer ERP training and ongoing technical support to staff
• Identify and implement process improvements leveraging ERP tools

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of two years’ experience working with ERP systems in Kuwait is essential, with a preference for familiarity with NetSuite. A strong grasp of business functions including Accounting, HR, Inventory, Purchasing, and Operations is important. Effective communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are crucial. Immediate availability to join the team is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar discipline
• At least 2 years of ERP experience within Kuwait
• Proficiency in ERP platforms, ideally NetSuite
• Knowledge of accounting, HR, inventory management, purchasing, and operations workflows
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
• Ready to start immediately
