Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. This role demands 2 to 3 years of solid experience within the UAE, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and efficient logistics management. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from AED 5,000 to 6,000.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse and logistics staff, ensuring proper supervision of stock control and workflow. Your responsibilities will include coordinating deliveries, imports and exports, handling customs clearance procedures, and managing warehouse relocations including shifting, loading, and unloading processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing operational reports and Oracle EBS/ECS transactions, as well as keeping track of warehouse expenses, petty cash, payments, and cost control measures.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must possess prior experience working in warehouse and logistics roles within the UAE. A clear understanding of inventory control processes and import/export documentation is essential for this position. Familiarity with Oracle EBS/ECS systems is highly preferred to support transaction management and reporting duties effectively.
