We are looking for a skilled Indian Cuisine Cook to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience preparing authentic Indian dishes and be committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene. Key Responsibilities

The cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of Indian meals including curries, biryanis, rice dishes, and traditional vegetable preparations. Daily tasks include ensuring food is cooked according to management directives, maintaining taste and hygiene standards, managing ingredient storage, and supervising kitchen assistants to facilitate smooth operations. Adherence to company kitchen regulations and cleanliness policies is also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a basic salary of SAR 1,500 per month with an additional allowance of SAR 200, totaling SAR 1,700 monthly. Working hours are 10 hours per day with potential overtime of 1 to 2 hours depending on operational needs. Benefits include three meals a day, company-provided accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and Iqama sponsorship. Upon completing the two-year contract, a return air ticket will be provided in accordance with company policy.

Work Schedule and Contract Details

This is a two-year contract with the possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement. The workweek includes one day off. The position requires dedication and flexibility to meet daily kitchen demands while upholding cultural authenticity in food preparation.
