Alarzfood for Restaurant Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join their team at a popular burger restaurant located in Jahra, Kuwait. This role requires hands-on leadership aimed at maintaining smooth restaurant operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant activities, manage staff performance, and ensure high standards of food quality and customer service. You will coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient workflow and a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the restaurant team.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage daily operations effectively.
• Currently residing in Kuwait with valid transferable residency under Article 18.
