Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Construction Project Engineer to lead and oversee construction projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and comply with quality standards. Collaboration with architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders will be essential to guarantee successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves comprehensive management duties, including:

• Developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to streamline construction processes.
• Ensuring all construction activities adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and legal guidelines.
• Leading and supervising project teams, including architects, contractors, and site personnel to achieve timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Monitoring project progress closely and implementing corrective actions when needed to maintain timelines and budget goals.
• Collaborating on the creation of detailed project plans and specifications with architects and other stakeholders.
• Establishing and managing quality assurance procedures to meet the highest standards of construction work.
• Providing technical expertise and support to team members and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining thorough project documentation and records for reference and compliance purposes.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in civil construction projects, preferably within the GCC region.
• Strong capability to manage large teams of over 200 employees on site efficiently.
• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Age below 40 years is preferred.
