Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Supervisor will play a vital role ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and supporting staff performance. You’ll oversee team activities, coordinate shift schedules, and address customer concerns to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a restaurant supervisory capacity, preferably within a burger or casual dining outlet
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Good communication abilities to interact effectively with staff and customers
• Currently residing in Kuwait
• Possession of a valid transferable residency under Article 18
