We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Assistant with experience in procurement within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in community management, owners’ association management, or real estate development. This position is based in Dubai and offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic asset management team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Procurement Assistant, you will support the procurement process by coordinating purchases and liaising with suppliers ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. You will assist in managing vendor relationships, maintaining procurement records, and helping to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior UAE-based procurement experience is essential.
• Familiarity with procurement procedures within community management, owners’ association, or real estate development sectors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Conditions and Benefits

This role is full-time with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The company provides comprehensive benefits including UAE visa sponsorship, medical insurance, an annual flight ticket, and a performance-related bonus.
