Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Quality Control (QC) Inspector with proven Aramco experience to join a dynamic team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of mechanical installations throughout all phases of construction, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical inspections and a thorough understanding of project specifications as well as Aramco standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Mechanical QC Inspector will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections to verify that all mechanical works meet approved drawings and project quality standards. Key duties include:
- Performing routine and milestone inspections on mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting installations.
- Reviewing mechanical material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans prior to work execution.
- Collaborating closely with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to identify and resolve non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Documenting inspection results by preparing and maintaining reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and other quality records aligned with project requirements.
- Witnessing and verifying testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities to confirm system functionality and compliance.
- Ensuring strict adherence to relevant codes, standards, and client-specific quality expectations during the construction process.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants must have mandatory prior approval for Aramco experience, whether with or without CBT certification. This experience is essential for eligibility to apply. Candidates without valid Aramco experience are not invited to apply for this position.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment are important to succeed in this role.
