Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Inspector with QatarEnergy (QE) approval to join a leading project based in Mesaieed, Qatar. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in E&I inspection within the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The E&I Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and quality assurance checks on electrical and instrumentation systems. You will verify compliance with project and QatarEnergy standards, assess installation quality, and provide detailed reports on findings. Ensuring all activities align with ISO 9001 quality management systems and maintaining accurate documentation will be essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• QatarEnergy (QE) approved inspector status is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical and instrumentation inspection.
• Minimum 5 years working specifically within the Oil & Gas industry environment.
• Valid CompEx and IECEx certification demonstrating competence in hazardous area equipment.
• Strong knowledge and application of ISO 9001 Quality System requirements.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
