Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join a vibrant coffee shop located in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience crafting a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso and specialty drinks, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso, lattes, and other specialty coffee beverages
• Create visually appealing latte art to enhance customer experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Work flexible shifts to meet business needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a barista in coffee shops
• Strong understanding of various coffee preparation techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay presentable and professional at all times
• Must be able to work efficiently under pressure and in a team

Eligibility Criteria

• Indian nationality only
• Possession of a transferable Iqama (transfer sponsorship) is mandatory

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a fast-paced, customer-oriented coffee shop setting. Shift work may be required to accommodate operational hours.
