Job Overview

Rafed Leyton Contracting Co. is seeking a skilled Architect or Civil Engineer to join their team for a high-rise tower project focused on finishing works in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with a strong background in site supervision, technical drawing review, and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site supervision and quality control activities, reviewing drawings and technical submittals, coordinating with multiple disciplines involved in the project, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the role involves providing regular progress reports to stakeholders, managing project handover and documentation, and performing detailed interior CAD drawings and daily site coordination with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• At least 5 years of practical experience in relevant construction projects, preferably in the finishing phase of high-rise towers
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in both English and Arabic

Location and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary range is between SR 5,000 and SR 7,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
