Key Responsibilities

As a waitress at our innovative restaurant, your main duties will include welcoming and assisting customers with professionalism, accurately taking and serving orders, and efficiently processing payments. You’ll play an active role in promoting menu items to enhance sales and foster a friendly atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty. Maintaining cleanliness in both parking and service zones ensures a pleasant environment for everyone. Additionally, you will handle cash register operations, including opening, closing, and daily cash reconciliation. Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages will also be part of your responsibilities, along with collaborating closely with your team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage warmly with guests.
• A cheerful, energetic demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is essential.
• Demonstrated reliability, teamwork spirit, and strong organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
