RVR Garage, also known as Rehman Vehicle Repairing Garage, located in Hamala, Bahrain, is seeking a reliable and experienced Garage Foreman / Workshop Supervisor. This key role involves overseeing daily garage activities to ensure smooth operations, high-quality service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Garage Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the mechanics team to ensure timely completion of repair jobs. Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and handling customer inquiries are vital parts of the role. You will also prepare job orders, quotations, and manage the spare parts inventory effectively. Additionally, maintaining accurate invoices, payments, daily accounting records, and customer and vehicle data will fall under your supervision. Daily workshop reports are required to track performance and operations. Overall, the foreman will ensure quality workmanship and uphold customer service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in an automotive garage setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Proven ability in managing and leading workshop teams effectively.
• Basic accounting skills to oversee payments and invoices.
• Competence in computer applications, particularly Excel and Odoo software.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
• Integrity, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
