Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Business Analyst to join our team in Qatar. This role focuses on Private Banking (PB) onshore deposit activation, playing a key part in enhancing deposit growth initiatives within our operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager Business Analyst will lead analysis and strategic planning for onshore deposit activation projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and drive effective solutions that optimize deposit activation and growth.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in business analysis, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of deposit products and activation processes in private banking.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver impactful business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage stakeholders at various levels.
