Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to lead and elevate kitchen operations across our multi-concept restaurant group located in the Eastern Province, specifically in Dammam and Khobar. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse culinary styles and contribute to the growth of upcoming food and beverage ventures.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee kitchen activities across all restaurant branches, ensuring quality and consistency. Responsibilities include developing and testing innovative menu offerings tailored to each restaurant’s unique concept, managing food costs by aligning pricing strategies with profitability goals, and maintaining efficient inventory and waste control. Additionally, the Chef will train and mentor kitchen staff, establish standardized operating procedures across locations, and support new food and beverage projects from initial concept through successful launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience managing multi-branch kitchens or restaurant operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple cuisines, including Western, Asian, and healthy bowl concepts, is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in food cost calculation and optimization.
• A creative approach to menu innovation and culinary development.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing and motivating teams across several sites.
• Firm commitment to food safety standards, including HACCP and local municipality regulations.
