Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist with extensive experience working in the UAE to drive end-to-end HR operations. This role focuses on managing outsourced employees and ensuring smooth HR functions aligned with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Specialist will oversee the complete employee lifecycle for outsourced personnel, including onboarding, contract preparation, and exit formalities. You will be responsible for drafting and maintaining employment contracts, offer letters, and detailed HR records. Managing visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID, and medical insurance in compliance with UAE laws is a crucial part of the role. Additionally, you will coordinate with clients and deployed employees to monitor attendance, leave entitlements, and performance issues. Processing payroll inputs, adhering to WPS guidelines, and handling end-of-service settlements will also fall under your duties. Ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) standards is fundamental. Promptly addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related challenges will be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of HR experience within the UAE, with demonstrable expertise managing outsourced workforce.
• Thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law, visa processing procedures, and WPS (Wage Protection System), including familiarity with freezone portals.
• Strong communication skills coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and common HR Information Systems (HRIS).
