Job Overview

Environmental Horizon is seeking an experienced Sustainability Services Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah. This role will play a key part in supporting a variety of sustainability consulting projects across Saudi Arabia, focusing on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives as well as carbon management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with the coordination and execution of sustainability projects, particularly in sectors such as energy, oil and gas, and construction. Responsibilities include managing data collection and analysis, preparing detailed reports on greenhouse gas inventories, and ensuring compliance with local sustainability regulations. Additionally, the role involves supporting ESG reporting aligned with international frameworks and assisting with green building certification processes.

Other duties include maintaining project documentation, addressing client feedback, participating in client and stakeholder meetings, and contributing to the development of internal tools and knowledge-sharing practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in sustainability or ESG consulting
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of carbon accounting, greenhouse gas inventories, and net-zero strategies
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, and CSRD
• Additional expertise in climate risk assessment, sustainable finance, or green building standards is a plus
• Excellent analytical thinking, report writing, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
