Key Responsibilities

Each role has specific responsibilities designed to contribute to the smooth operation and growth of GNAD Cafe and Tools:

• Head Barista: Lead the coffee-making team, oversee daily barista activities, maintain high standards of coffee quality, manage inventory, and train junior staff.
• Junior Baristas: Prepare coffee and beverages according to recipes, provide excellent customer service, assist in maintaining cleanliness, and support the Head Barista.
• Salesperson: Engage with customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and contribute to creating a welcoming shopping environment.
• Accountant: Handle financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience relevant to the respective position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• For barista roles, knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and willingness to learn are essential.
• Salesperson candidates should demonstrate persuasive sales skills and customer orientation.
• Accountant applicants must have sound knowledge of accounting principles and software.
