Capital Catering, a prominent part of the ADNEC Group, is inviting candidates to attend a walk-in interview for various roles in the catering and food services sector. The interviews will be held on 6 November 2026 at Ayla Bawadi Hotel, located in the Bawadi Mall area on Zayed Bin Sultan Street, Al Ain. This opportunity targets professionals eager to join a reputable organization with diverse openings in culinary and operations departments.

Available Positions

The company is seeking qualified candidates for a wide range of roles including culinary, maintenance, and operational positions. In the culinary field, openings include Senior Chef de Partie, Commis Chef at all levels, Senior Kitchen Maintenance Technician, Kitchen Maintenance Technician, and a Diet Clerk preferably with a healthcare background (female candidates encouraged).

Operations vacancies include Heavy Vehicle and Light Vehicle Drivers requiring at least four years of experience, Waiters/Waitresses, Stewarding Supervisor, Catering Operations Coordinator specializing in airline tray setups, Dispatch Coordinator for airline production, Chiller & Cold Storage Coordinator, Operations Duty Officer for meal assembly, Procurement & Purchasing Officer with food procurement experience, and an Administrator for Facilities Maintenance with knowledge of CAFM systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates who are immediate joiners or currently hold a visit visa are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills in Tagalog, Arabic, English, or Hindi are advantageous. Applicants are advised to bring colored copies of their photo with a white background, passport, experience letters, academic certificates, visa copy, and Emirates ID to the interview.
