STARCOM Civil and Mechanical Construction Company WLL is seeking experienced female staff to join their team in Bahrain. The ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of procurement processes, computer skills, and administrative duties related to purchase orders and quotations.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves preparing quotations, managing request for quotations, and handling local purchase orders (LPO). Candidates will also be responsible for managing LMRA activities, including the preparation and processing of new Commercial Registration (CR) documentation. This covers everything from LMRA, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, Memorandum preparation, to bank account opening—essentially managing end-to-end CR procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in computer use and procurement documentation
• Experience preparing quotations and purchase requests
• Good knowledge of LMRA activities related to new Commercial Registration formalities
• Familiarity with GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, and Memorandum processes
• Ability to manage bank account opening procedures linked to Commercial Registration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
