Job Overview

XAD Group of Companies is seeking a meticulous Payroll Accountant to join their finance team in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves managing the end-to-end payroll process while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process monthly payroll within stipulated deadlines.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with UAE Labour Law and Wage Protection System (WPS) guidelines.
• Handle calculations related to gratuity, leave salary, and end-of-service benefits.
• Reconcile payroll data regularly and generate detailed reports for management review.

Requirements

• Qualifications such as M.Com, CMA, or CA Intermediate certification.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll and accounting functions.
• In-depth understanding of UAE Labour Law, payroll accounting standards, and WPS processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with experience using payroll or accounting software.
