Job Overview

We are urgently seeking confident and personable female customer service professionals of European or Arab backgrounds to join our team at Damac Hills 1. This role offers a six-month contract with a competitive monthly salary of AED 7,000. The position requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our high standards. Your previous experience in customer relations will be essential to succeed and thrive in this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service roles, ideally within hospitality, cabin crew, or hotel front desk environments
• Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and courteously

Requirements

• Valid UAE residence visa is mandatory (note that visa sponsorship is not provided)
• Preferably holding a UAE labour card
• Female candidates from European or Arab descent only

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
