This role focuses on assisting with the preparation and cooking of a variety of international dishes in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities

The Commis III chef will play a vital role in supporting kitchen operations by:

• Preparing and cooking international cuisine dishes according to preset standards.
• Maintaining mise en place and ensuring consistent food quality throughout the service period.
• Adhering to strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to deliver efficient daily kitchen operations and support other cooking stations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen setting is preferred.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of international culinary techniques and dishes.
• A strong awareness of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to work well within a team, with keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn and improve.
