Job Overview

Twin Trading and Contracting in Qatar is seeking skilled Civil Supervisors to join their infrastructure and earthworks team. This role focuses on projects with Qatar Energy, requiring candidates to have hands-on experience in managing civil site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will oversee various site activities including excavation, backfilling, grading, and overall site development. You will be responsible for supervising the workforce and subcontractors to ensure that the project progresses smoothly, adheres to safety standards, and meets quality expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years’ experience working as a Civil Supervisor
• Demonstrated experience on Qatar Energy projects
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and earthworks operations
• Proficient in supervising excavation, grading, backfilling, and site development tasks
• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors efficiently
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and quality controls
• Relevant civil engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience
