Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operate coffee machines and other related equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain high standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience working as a barista.
• Nationality must be from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Uganda, or Kenya.
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Strong ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy coffee shop environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is SAR 1,700 to SAR 1,900. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications during the interview process. Immediate joining is preferred.
