We are seeking a skilled barista to join our coffee shop team located in Hamad Town. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a reliable male barista.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold coffee drinks according to established recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area
• Provide friendly and prompt service to customers
• Manage inventory of coffee supplies and notify management when stocks need replenishing
• Follow all health and safety guidelines in food and beverage preparation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a barista in a coffee shop or similar setting
• Must hold a flexible visa for Bahrain
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining product quality
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
