We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated male and female telesales agents to join a dynamic family gym located in Lusail, Qatar. This role offers a chance to develop your sales experience in a supportive environment within the fitness and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

As a telesales agent, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through phone calls, promoting gym memberships, and providing excellent customer service to increase sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be essential to meeting sales targets and supporting the gym’s growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Strong command of the English language is essential for clear communication.
• Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and persuasive sales abilities.
• Candidates currently freelancing or under family sponsorship with valid QID can apply, subject to applicable work permissions.

Work Conditions and Compensation

This position is based in Lusail, Qatar, with a daily work schedule of 9 hours and one day off per week. Compensation includes a basic salary of QAR 2,000 per month, complemented by a commission of 5% on all sales achieved, rewarding performance and dedication.
