This role focuses on managing customer relationships through effective communication and organization, helping enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the CRM system, ensuring that client data is accurate and up to date. You will coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support client follow-ups, manage client queries, and track interactions to optimize business relationships.
