Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled tower crane operator to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in operating tower cranes, ensuring safety, and contributing to efficient construction site operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a tower crane operator, you will be responsible for safely maneuvering the crane for lifting and moving heavy materials across construction sites. Maintaining vigilance with safety precautions and collaborating with the site team are critical to this role. You will also need to conduct regular inspections of the equipment to prevent operational issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience operating tower cranes
• Strong commitment to safety standards and practices
• Responsible and disciplined work ethic
• Good character and ability to work well within a team environment

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary starting at AED 2000, along with overtime pay as applicable. Accommodation will be provided by the company, and visa sponsorship is included as part of the employment package.
