Job Overview

We are urgently seeking professional and confident female Customer Service Representatives of European and Arab descent. This role is based in Damac Hills 1, United Arab Emirates, offering a six-month contract with competitive monthly pay of 7,000 AED. Candidates will work Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will provide excellent customer service, ensuring each client receives a welcoming and efficient experience. Your role includes handling various customer inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and maintaining strong communication to enhance overall satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in customer relations, preferably in hospitality, airline cabin crew, or hotel front desk roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a friendly and professional environment for customers.

Requirements

• Valid UAE residence visa is mandatory; candidates should already hold their own visa as this role does not sponsor visas.
• Possession of a Labour Card is preferable.
