We are seeking an experienced STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Operator to join our team in Qatar. This role requires a hands-on professional knowledgeable in wastewater treatment processes, responsible for maintaining efficient and safe plant operations. Key Responsibilities

The STP Operator will manage day-to-day operations of the sewage treatment plant ensuring compliance with environmental standards and health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring treatment processes, operating pumps and blowers, handling chemical dosing, conducting routine inspections, and performing basic equipment maintenance. Accurate record-keeping and adherence to shift schedules are essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or certificate in wastewater treatment, mechanical, electrical, or a related technical field.
• 2 to 3 years of practical experience working in STP or wastewater treatment operations.
• Strong understanding of sewage treatment processes and equipment such as pumps, blowers, and chemical dosing systems.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines, including safe handling of chemicals.
• Ability to work in shifts and maintain thorough operational records.
