We are currently seeking a skilled Finance Officer with expertise in vehicle insurance to join our team in Qatar. This role demands a professional with solid experience in finance and accounting, specifically within the motor insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing insurance claims, processing payments, and handling bank reconciliations, ensuring smooth financial operations aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Officer will oversee and manage the full cycle of vehicle insurance finance operations. This includes handling insurance claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment transactions, and performing bank reconciliations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining proper accounting records, managing credit notes, and supporting month-end closing activities using Oracle ERP systems.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in motor insurance.
• Proven expertise in vehicle insurance claims handling and payment processing.
• Solid understanding of bank reconciliations and month-end financial closing procedures.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP software and credit note management.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
