Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join MOTAD in Dubai on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE, and a strong grasp of local tax regulations. This role offers a salary of up to AED 4,000 per month and requires hands-on management of daily accounting tasks and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will handle comprehensive accounting duties, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and performing bank reconciliations. You will also oversee VAT and Corporate Tax filings in line with UAE regulations, prepare financial statements and cash flow reports, and support payroll accounting alongside vendor payments. Coordination during audits will be an essential function of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Good practical knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax laws, and IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication.
